Gluten Free Hannah

Hello everyone, welcome to Gluten Free Hannah!

I am just starting up this blog with the aim to document my gluten free journey. I would love to share it with you, and create a friendly, welcoming place, for people to share experiences and ideas, and inspire others.

At the time of starting this blog then I have only been gluten free for a couple of months. I will talk more about the first stages of finding out about Coeliac Disease and adopting a gluten free diet in my next post but first I thought I would tell you a bit more about myself first.

My name is Hannah and I am 19 years old. I live in Leicester, UK and I am currently a student at the University of Bristol. I study Mathematics and at the time of writing this I have completed my first year and will be entering my second year in September.

Whilst I am sure that being gluten free gets easier over time, I am just starting my journey, and if you are too then you’ve come to the right place.  Hopefully you will be able to get some useful information and tips from this! If you’re slightly more knowledgeable about gluten intolerances then you’ve also come to the right place – the more people we have sharing and helping others, the better it will be!

Please feel free to share with me any gluten free products, recipes, restaurants with good gluten free options, anything you like really! I am looking forward to finding out as much about being gluten free as I can.

Until next time

Hannah x

  1. Really useful as breakfast is a struggle. Tried tesco cornflakes which are OK. Agree pancakes are great but bread not great. Again tesco biscuits are good. Keep experimenting is the way to go.
